This data goes to the local partner company you choose, so they can prepare your voucher and reach you before arrival. We store it on our server to track the booking and respond if you write back.

Cookies and Analytics

The site uses cookies to remember your language preference and measure traffic patterns. We run basic web analytics to see which pages get visits and where readers drop off. No profiles are built, and we do not share browsing logs with advertisers.

Third-Party Tools

The booking widget connects to our partner database, hosted in the EU. When you submit a request, your details travel through that system to reach the supplier. Payment-card data, if you choose advance payment, is handled by a PCI-compliant gateway; we never see the full card number on our end.

Data Retention

Booking records stay in the database for three years to handle follow-up questions and dispute resolution. After that window closes, personal identifiers are purged. Email threads remain in the inbox according to standard retention, usually until the mailbox quota forces a cleanup or you ask for deletion.

You can request a copy of the information we hold, ask for corrections, or tell us to delete it entirely. If a supplier already received your booking and issued a voucher, their copy falls under their own policy, so you would contact them separately.
